HUNGRY? COMPETITIVE? TENACIOUS? READY TO WIN?
Johnson City Acura is looking for a high-energy Service BDC Representative who knows how to pick up the phone, connect with customers, and SET APPOINTMENTS.
We aren't looking for someone who wants to sit around and wait for the phone to ring.
We want someone who is HUNGRY.
Someone who loves chasing a goal, isn't afraid of the phone, follows up relentlessly, and gets excited about turning conversations into appointments.
You might be perfect for this position if you:
LOVE TO WIN — Goals motivate you.
ARE TENACIOUS — "No answer" means call again later.
HAVE ENERGY — Customers can hear enthusiasm through the phone.
CAN SELL AN APPOINTMENT — You're comfortable creating urgency and asking for the appointment.
ARE ORGANIZED — You can manage a large pipeline without letting customers fall through the cracks.
ARE COACHABLE — You want feedback because you want to get better.
ARE HUNGRY — You aren't looking for somewhere to coast. You want an opportunity to perform, grow, and make money.
Service BDC or dealership experience is a BIG PLUS , but we'll consider the right person with a strong background in appointment setting, call centers, inside sales, customer service, or another high-volume phone environment.
Attitude, work ethic, and competitiveness matter.
Johnson City Acura is part of a growing automotive organization , and we're looking for people who want to grow with us.
This isn't just about answering phones.
Your job is to create opportunities.
Every appointment you set puts another customer in our service drive. Every customer you retain helps grow the dealership. Your performance matters, and we want someone who takes pride in seeing the results.
Then we want to hear from you.
Come hungry. Come competitive. Come ready to work.
